How to become a more Empathetic Leader
Empathy is defined as the ability to understand and share the feelings of another person. It is all the more considered an important skill that most of us use in our daily lives as we navigate our relationship to the world and people around us, and is taken to be a critical piece of emotional intelligence. As a business leader or manager, improving skills and qualities like creativity, vision, decisiveness, and expertise must come necessarily so. But while these are important qualities for leaders to exhibit, one of the most important and often neglected spheres of leadership turns out to be Empathy.
