We have all been there at least once in our lives. It might be that we are faced with a single big fat hairy challenge and we don’t know where to start. Or it might be that we are faced with several challenges at once; each one not particularly overwhelming, but together are with each competing for prioritization of our attention; and our becoming paralyzed not knowing which one deserves our attention most.  




I am Joseph Paris. If I were a super-hero, my super-power would be helping people become high-performing individuals as members of high-performing teams in high-performing organizations.
Organizations from around the world engage my companies and me outright to help them become more resilient and in a “state of readiness”.
In addition, I offer a variety of speaking engagements designed to deliver high-energy and high-impact in shorter duration.

In looking for materials on how to engage socially and collaborate, I decided to look further into one of my more favorite tools, Red-Teaming. In these efforts, I came I also came across three PDF which are approved for public release and whose distribution is unlimited;


Mentorship is when a relationship is established between someone seeking wisdom (mentee) and someone who is offering wisdom (mentor). But what if a mentorship relationship exists but the neither parties know it at the time; a sort of stealth mentorship.
