The owner was trying to grow the business but didn’t have the skillset needed to scale it. He was trying to run a $75m per year company on his $15m per year capability and he was failing mightily.

I am Joseph Paris. If I were a super-hero, my super-power would be helping people become high-performing individuals as members of high-performing teams in high-performing organizations.
