Donna is a geek, optimist, animal lover and adventurist. An ex-workaholic she knows the value of planning and results – in that order. She fluctuates between entrepreneur and public servant, currently serving as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services.
She is a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, known for articulating and leading the execution of a clear vision to transform organizations through leveraging technology. Her experience includes leadership in organizational turnaround situations and intraprenurial start-ups; providing technical solutions that enforce security, stability and streamline operations.
Donna has a reputation as a collaborative leader with a talent for communicating complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and building high performing teams. She is respected for her agile approach to leadership, and ability to leverage emerging and traditional solutions to solve complex problems in dynamic environments.
She holds degrees/credentials in Radiation Therapy treating cancer patients, Zoology, Project Management Professional (PMP), and a MBA in Information Technology. This diversity of experiences has provided a range of perspectives and a pragmatic approach to operations.
She currently resides in New Hampshire, retains residences in New York and pursues animal rescue, technology projects and other bold endeavors that make people smile.
