Aleksandr is passionate about converting traditional supply networks into integrated ecosystems activating new streams of excellence and value creation through collaborative partnerships, intelligent use of resources and focused engagement of a highly skilled human capital in the real time environment of big data.
With 15 years of progressive leadership experience in different supply chain and operational disciplines, Aleksandr has lead complex change management initiatives in the such companies as Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson and LafargeHolcim. During last 10 years his focus is on transforming and boosting logistics and supply management performance in a highly dynamic environment of mergers, acquisitions and business restructuring.
Currently he is focusing on accelerating value chain performance of global agriculture sector at Olam International by enhancing logistics sourcing and operational capabilities for upstream, midstream and downstream flows, working alongside 70,000 colleagues in 70 countries and 20,000 customers globally.
In addition, Aleksandr explores the ways operational excellence can be combined with Industry 4.0 developments to build streamlined and adaptive networks in logistics to reach state of continuous business readiness.
Aleksandr holds MBA degree from Steinbeis University of Berlin and lives in Switzerland.
